- 6 or 7 large Idaho potatoes or red potatoes
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- milk (whole or skim)
- bacon (optional)
Directions

1Peel potatoes and boil until just tender.

2Drain and rinse with cold water.

3In large pot, add soup and enough milk to mix soup, then add potatoes and add more milk to cover potatoes plus a little more.

4Simmer on low-medium for 15 minutes.

5Don't let it boil.

6Add salt and pepper to taste.

7Serve with shredded cheese on top and fried bacon, crumbled on top.
