- 4 small raw potatoes
- 2 c. low-salt chicken broth
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. black or white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 1 c. green beans or peas
Directions

1Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch chunks.

2Simmer potatoes, chicken broth, onion, pepper and butter flavor until potatoes are tender.

3Take out 1/2 to 1 cup and blenderize.

4Add flour which has been mixed in 1/4 cup cold skim milk to the blended portion. Return to rest of mixture.

5Add green beans or peas; simmer for 10 minutes.
