- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
- 1 bag frozen chopped onions
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 5 slices bacon, diced and fried (keep grease)
- 2 eggs
- flour
- milk
Directions

1Cover first 4 ingredients with water and boil in soup pot until tender.

2Whip eggs by hand and keep adding flour until crumbly and dry.

3Add to soup pot and cook until tender. Add bacon bits and grease to soup pot.

4Add milk to desired thickness.
