- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine

- 2 cups skim milk
- 6 slices low fat processed American Cheese
Directions

1In a large saucepan, cook potatoes, chicken bouillon, celery margarine, salt and pepper until potatoes are done. Add flour, milk, and cheese and stir until thickened. Makes 6 servings.
