Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, pared and cut in 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, pared and quartered
- 2 bouillon cubes any flavor
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 4 c. water
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Prepare vegetables.

2Place in boiler.

3Add water, bouillon cubes, accent, salt and pepper and celery salt.

4Cook until potatoes are tender (about 10 minutes).

5Melt margarine in skillet and add flour to make a paste then gradually add milk, stirring constantly until a smooth thin sauce forms.

6Pour into vegetables. Lower heat.

7Allow to cook slowly to desired thickness. To speed thickening add a few instant potatoes and stir well.
