- 5 medium size potatoes
- 1/4 of a onion diced
- 1/3 tsp minced garlic
- 4 slivered baby carrots
- salt and pepper dash of each
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tsp corn starch
- 1 12 oz can chicken broth
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onion, carrots, garlic in enough water to cover potatoes.

2In medium cooker cook until tender about 10 to 15 minutes.

3Drain over have the water off but not all the water.

4Add 1/2 of the chicken broth.

5Bring to boil; mix remaining chicken broth and corn starch and pour into potatoes.

6Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper stir together and let simmer for 5 minutes.
