- 6 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 3 cups Peeled Cubed Potatoes
- 3 cups Water
- 3 cubes Chicken Bouillon Cubes
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 cups Milk
Directions

11. Fry bacon, remove from fry pan and set aside.

22. Saute onions in bacon fat.

33. Add potatoes, water, bouillon and salt. Simmer 15 minutes.

44. In a small bowl, whisk flour with milk. Gradually stir into the other liquids.

55. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and potatoes are tender (not mush).

66. You can either garnish with chopped, crispy bacon, or add the bacon to the soup.
