- 8 potatoes
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- pinch of poultry seasoning
- pinch of thyme and marjoram
Directions

1Boil and mash potatoes.

2Simmer the onions and celery in the butter.

3Beat the egg lightly; blend with the flour.

4Mix both with the potatoes.

5Add milk and the celery, onions and butter mixture.

6Salt and pepper to taste; add parsley, a little poultry seasoning and a pinch of thyme and marjoram.
