  • 2 packages Italian sausage
  • 3 envelope bacon bits
  • 2 bunch kale
  • 3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 each large onion
  • 7 medium red skin potatoes
  • 4 large spoons of minced garlic

Directions

    cook sausage(chopped) for about 15 mins

    in a large pot add your water, potatoes (cut into 4-6) , onions sliced, and garlic.

    cook until potatoes are tender.

    then add your bacon and sausage

    let cook for 10-15 minutes on med high.

    add kale (chopped) and cream.... DO NOT LET FOOD BOIL AT THIS POINT simmer for 10mins and enjoy

    if to saulty add water
