  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) bag shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 stick oleo, sliced
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with 1 stick sliced oleo and 2 cups bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
