- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
- 2 lb. Polish sausage, chopped in cubes
- 2 c. well seasoned mashed potatoes
- 2 c. creamy cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Put cubed Polish sausage in bottom of pie shells.

2Mix all other ingredients together.

3(Save 1 cup shredded cheese.) Pour over Polish sausage.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until set.

5Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

6Bake until cheese melts.
