  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells
  • 2 lb. Polish sausage, chopped in cubes
  • 2 c. well seasoned mashed potatoes
  • 2 c. creamy cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Put cubed Polish sausage in bottom of pie shells.

    Mix all other ingredients together.

    (Save 1 cup shredded cheese.) Pour over Polish sausage.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until set.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.

    Bake until cheese melts.
