- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. each: onoin salt and garlic salt
- 4 to 6 medium sized potatoes
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Combine cornflakes, seasoned salt, onion salt and garlic salt in small bowl.

3Mix well and set aside.

4Cut each unpeeled potato into 8 wedges.

5Dip in vegetable oil; roll in cornflake mixture.

6Place on greased baking sheet.

7Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.

8Serves 6 to 8.
