  • 6 potatoes, scrubbed and cut into long wedges (quartered)
  • 1/2 c oil
  • paprika
  • garlic salt
  • parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

    Pour oil in 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Place prepared potatoes in pan and turn to coat with oil.

    Sprinkle with garlic salt, paprika, and parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 375 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Serves 6.
