- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 to 7 c. plain flour
- 2 c. potato water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco
Directions

1Cook potatoes in enough water to have 2 cups of potato water. Put water aside to cool.

2Mix yeast, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

3Cream potatoes while hot with Crisco.

4Add potatoes, potato water with yeast, salt and sugar.

5Let sit for 2 hours. Then work in flour.
