- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1 pkg. hot dogs, diced or 1 can vegetarian hot dogs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 4 c. potatoes, cooked, diced and drained
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Rinse sauerkraut (for milder taste) and drain.

3Combine soup, mayonnaise, potatoes, hot dogs and sauerkraut.

4Put into a casserole and sprinkle with 1/4 cup melted margarine, bread crumbs and paprika.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 350° or until bubbly.
