- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- salt and pepper
- parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Peel and cut in thin slices as for French fries.

2Place in center of a large piece of foil.

3Pour whipping cream over potatoes.

4Dot with butter, sprinkle on seasonings, parsley and cheese.

5Fold foil over making tight package.

6Place on shallow pan in oven for 40 minutes at 425°.
