  • 2 lb. hash browns, defrosted (Ore-Ida)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. diced onion

Directions

    Mix soup, sour cream, butter and cheese.

    Heat together until cheese is melted.

    Add onion and potatoes to soup mixture and mix well.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.
