- 4 Tbsp. flour
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
- large onion
- potatoes
Directions

1Slowly add milk to flour, salt and mustard.

2Cook over low heat until smooth and thick.

3Add cheese; stir until melted.

4Peel and cook potatoes to fill 1 1/2-quart casserole 3/4 full.

5Cook until nearly done about 15 minutes.

6Slice.

7Put a bit of sauce in bottom of greased casserole.

8Add a layer of potatoes and onions, then more sauce until all used.

9Bake at 325° for 15 minutes until bubbly.
