  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 4 tablespoons herbes de provence
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

    Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into slices or wedges.

    Place in a bowl and add the cumin, paprika, herbs, a pinch of salt and black pepper and a drizzle of oil. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Fry the potatoes in hot and drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with additional salt and serve warm.
