- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 4 tablespoons herbes de provence
- salt

Directions

1Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into slices or wedges.

2Place in a bowl and add the cumin, paprika, herbs, a pinch of salt and black pepper and a drizzle of oil. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
