- 6 to 8 large potatoes
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chives
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, cooked and drained
Directions

1Cook and mash potatoes.

2Add sour cream, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Beat until fluffy; add chives, dill and spinach.

4Put in casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese.
