  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (10 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. onion flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Combine corn flakes with 1/4 cup butter and top casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
