- 8 to 10 medium red potatoes
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 1 lb. processed American cheese, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 slices bread, cut in cubes
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Place unpeeled potatoes in saucepan; cover with water.

2Cook until tender, but firm.

3Drain; cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place in an ungreased 2 1/2-quart casserole.

4Add pimento, onion, garlic salt and onion salt; toss gently.

5Sprinkle with cheese. Place the bread cubes on top and pour butter over all.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted. Yield:
