  • 8 or 10 medium red potatoes (about 2 lb.)
  • 1 jar (2 oz.) chopped pimientos, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 lb. processed American cheese, cut in (1/2-inch cubes)
  • 2 slices bread, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    Place unpeeled potatoes in saucepan and cover with water. Cook until tender but firm.
