  • 1 deluxe pound cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/3 c. sunflower oil
  • 1/4 c. rose water
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. dried lavender flowers
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. fresh grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Spray Bundt pan with Pam.

    Mix the ingredients in a large bowl in the order given and mix until well blended, 2 to 3 minutes.

    Pour into prepared pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes until it tests done.

    Do not overbake.
