  • 1 whole Onion, Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 whole Pork Chops
  • 1 package Brown Gravy Mix (1 Ounce Package)
  • 8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles, Cooked

Directions

    Brown onions in butter in a 5 quart pot.

    Add pork chops and brown them on both sides.

    Add 3 cups of water and the brown gravy mix.

    Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour until pork is tender.

    Serve over a bed of noodles.
