- 1 stick butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- bread or croutons
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter until onions are pearly.

2Add spices to taste.

3Mix well.

4Add a few cups of water, depending on how large your bird is.

5Bring to full boil.

6Take off heat. Slowly add bread or croutons, stirring well, don't allow mixture to become dry.

7Cool.

8Stuff your bird.
