  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. Softasilk flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 pt. cream (not whipped)

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together with mixer. Add sugar, a little at a time. Add one egg at a time. Alternately add flour and cream. Add extracts. Reduce speed on mixer to 1. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
