  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon extract

    Mix butter and sugar until it looks like whipped cream.

    Add eggs, one at a time, then add sifted cake flour.

    Add canned milk, if the mix is thick.

    Mix in cake mixer for 5 to 6 minutes, then add flavoring.
