  • 3 c. flour (Red Band all-purpose)
  • 6 large eggs, added one at a time
  • 2 sticks Parkay margarine or Land O Lakes butter (your choice)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Cream eggs, sugar and margarine.

    Add whipping cream and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Add flour (sifted), salt and baking powder. Pour into 3 small pans or 2 loaf pans or tube pans, greased and floured.

    Bake in cold oven at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
