- 7 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

3Add vanilla or lemon extract.

4Combine creamed mixture with flour, beating well.

5Pour into well-greased tube pan.

6Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

7Cool in pan 15 minutes.
