  • 1 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 box plain flour (use confectioners sugar box)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Add flour and 1 egg at a time (rotating flour and eggs).

    Add flavoring last. Cook 1 hour at 325°.

    If the cake seems to be cooking too fast, turn down to 300°.
