- 1 c. whole milk
- 5 to 6 eggs
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder

3Beat butter and Crisco until creamy.

4Add sugar; beat until fluffy. Separate eggs; beat yolks and add to creamy mixture.

7Beat egg whites until stiff; add to mixture and beat until well mixed. Put in cold oven at 325° for 1 hour.
