- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- dash of salt
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 2 sticks margarine
- 5 eggs
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
- 1 Tbsp. butter flavoring
Directions

1Sift the plain flour, self-rising flour and dash of salt.

2Mix all the ingredients together with a mixer.

3Mix well for about 10 to 15 minutes. The longer you beat it, the smoother the cake. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
