- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 8 eggs
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. canned cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Cream the butter well. Add sugar gradually and cream well. Add eggs (room temperature), one at a time. Add cream, then flour gradually. Add flavoring.

2Mix well.

3Bake in tube pan at 300° for 30 minutes, then at 275° for 1 hour or until done.
