- 1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Criso
- 3 c. flour (plain)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
- 1 c. milk (room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
- 5 eggs, one at a time (room temperature)
Directions

1Cream together the butter, sugar and Crisco.

2Set aside.

3Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, lemon flavoring and eggs, one at a time.

4In a large bowl, combine creamed and flour mixtures.

5Pour in greased and floured Bundt cake pan.

6Cook at 325° for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

7Do not open oven door while cooking.
