- 3 c. flour (Swans Down)
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. Crisco
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco.

2Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together.

3Add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk, starting and ending with flour.

4Add lemon and vanilla flavoring.

5Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

6Bake on bottom shelf.
