- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. each: vanilla, lemon, orange and butter flavoring
Directions

1Cream sugar and shortening.

2Add milk and flour (mixed with salt and baking powder) alternately.

3Beat well after each addition.

4Add one egg at a time.

5Beat well each time, then add 1 teaspoon each of vanilla, lemon, orange and butter flavoring. Bake in greased and floured angel food pan at 315° to 325° for 1 hour.
