- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. margarine, softened (not butter or diet margarine)
- 3 c. sifted Softasilk cake flour
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.

2Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.

3Sift flour and add alternately with evaporated milk.

4Blend well after each addition. Add flavorings and blend well.

5Pour into well-greased tube pan or Bundt pan.

6Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
