- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. cake flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 sticks margarine
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavor
- 1/2 tsp. orange flavor
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
Directions

1Milk, margarine and shortening at room temperature.

2Cream sugar, shortening and margarine until creamy.

3Add one egg at a time, beating well.

4Add 1/2 flour and 1/2 milk; beat well.

5Add remainder of flour and milk.

6Bake in a large tube pan, greased with shortening and flour.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

8Cool about 15 minutes before turning onto plate.
