  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. Swans Down cake flour
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Combine butter and cream cheese.

    Add sugar.

    Mix well until creamy.

    Add one egg at a time, beating well after each one.

    Add 1/2 flour, beat well.

    Add vanilla, mix well.

    Pour into cake pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
