- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour (half plain flour and half self-rising flour)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) carton whipping cream (may substitute one 8 oz. carton sour cream or 1/2 c. canned cream)
Directions

1Cream butter and Crisco with sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and cream alternating until you use all. Add vanilla. Pour into large tube pan well-greased.
