  • 3 c. sifted cake flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 sticks margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring

Directions

    Cream together the cream cheese, margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add vanilla and sifted flour; beat well. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325° in prepared tube pan (greased and floured).
