  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3 c. cake flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pkg. dry whipped topping

Directions

    Combine sugar, butter, lemon, cream cheese and eggs, one at a time.

    Fold in cake flour; add dry whipped topping.

    Put in greased loaf pan and bake at 350° until golden brown.
