- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 4 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 egg whites
Directions

1Blend together with hand mixer liquid butter, sugar, Egg Beaters and vanilla.

2Alternate, adding a little flour and then a little milk.

3Keep alternating until you have added all the flour and milk.

4Beat egg whites until stiff.

5Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to one hour.
