Pound Cake-Blueberry

  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
  • 1 (11 oz.) can blueberries, drained

Directions

    Mix softened cream cheese and all eggs at one time. Add margarine (melted). Mix well. Add cake mix. Fold drained blueberries into batter. (Do not use mixer on blueberries; do not use juice.) Pour into well-greased (margarine), floured cake pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done (test with toothpick). Enjoy.
