  • 2 lbs shrimp, raw
  • 1 garlic clove, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced

    Peel and de-vein shrimp.

    (heads can be removed or left on according to your preferred presentation method).

    mash garlic clove and add all ingredients to make a marinade.

    marinade shrimp for at least 4 hours.

    depending on the size of shrimp used you can either skewer or lay them on grill individually.

    (I use jumbo for this so I don't have to fool with the skewers).

    grill over med heat for about 10 minutes turning 1/2 way through,.
