- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. softened margarine
- 3 egg whites (1/3 c. egg substitute)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs, beating 4 minutes or until well blended.

3Add vanilla and almond. Beat at low speed until well blended.

4Set aside.

5Combine flour, soda and salt. Add alternately with yogurt to creamed mixture. Use flour first and last.

6Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 65 minutes at 350°.
