  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • lard
  • 1 c. sorghum syrup
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Peel sweet potatoes; chop pecans.

    Brown on all sides in hot lard.
