  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg (125 g) Brie cheese
  • crackers and French bread

Directions

    MELT butter in frying pan.

    Add pecans and cook until golden.

    Add sugar and cook 1 more minute, stirring constantly.

    SLICE skin from top of cheese.

    Top with pecan mixture.

    BAKE at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes.

    Serve with crackers and French bread.
