- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. sour cream
Directions

1To make praline, caramelize 1 cup sugar; stir in pecans and immediately spread onto greased baking sheet.

2When cool, break into small pieces and chop in food processor or blender.

3Do not pulverize completely.

4Combine crumbs with butter in food processor or blender.

5Press into 9-inch spring-form pan.

6Beat eggs; add softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

7Fold in sour cream, then crushed praline. Bake at 375° about 35 minutes or just until set.

8Chill 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
